Patna: On the occasion of Father’s Day, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav received warm wishes from his children. His daughter Rohini Acharya and son Tejashwi Yadav both took to social media to express their love and respect for their father. While Rohini shared an emotional message, Tejashwi posted a special photo with a simple wish.
Rohini, who is a doctor and lives in Singapore, posted a photo with her parents and husband. In her message, she called her father an “angel” and said their world shines because of him. She wrote, “We have not seen angels, but after seeing you I can say with certainty that they will be just like you. You are our biggest asset. Today is your day. Happy Father’s Day Papa.”
Rohini shares a special bond with her father. In 2022, she donated one of her kidneys to Lalu Yadav during a transplant in Singapore. Her act of love was praised across the country and showed her deep care for her father’s health and well-being.
Tejashwi Yadav also shared a heartfelt moment by posting a picture of him hugging his father. He didn’t write much but simply said, “Happy Father’s Day.” Tejashwi himself became a father recently with the birth of his son Iraj, after daughter Katyayani. No message from elder brother Tej Pratap Yadav was seen, but the family’s strong connection with Lalu Prasad was clear through these loving gestures.
