Patna: Under the Bihar Government’s 7 Nischay initiative, a counseling session for the first Nischay, “Economic Solution to Youth Power,” was organized in Andoli Panchayat of Belchi Block today. The session aimed to promote three flagship schemes: the Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme, the Chief Minister Nischay Self-Help Allowance Scheme, and the Kushal Yuva Karyakram Scheme.
The session was conducted by Kumari Neetu, Assistant Manager, and Vinay Kumar Yadav, SWO, from the District Registration and Counseling Center, Patna. They provided detailed information about the benefits and application process for each scheme to the attendees, including students and their parents, and motivated them to take full advantage of the programs.
The Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme provides financial assistance for higher education, while the Chief Minister Nischay Self-Help Allowance Scheme supports unemployed youth with financial aid. The Kushal Yuva Karyakram focuses on skill development and employment opportunities. The counseling emphasized how these schemes empower rural youth and improve their future prospects.
The event saw active participation from students, parents, and other members of the local community, reflecting significant interest in these government initiatives.
