  • 🔥 During extreme heatwaves, drinking only plain water may not be enough to keep your body safe. According to Patna-based senior physician Dr. Diwakar Tejaswi, excessive sweating can cause loss of essential salts and minerals, leading to dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, and even serious risks like dizziness, weakness, and stroke. Experts recommend staying hydrated with ORS, coconut water, and a balanced diet to protect your health during hot and humid weather. Stay safe and take heat warnings seriously. ☀️💧
