Patna: Several senior IAS officers have been reshuffled in Bihar, as per a notification issued by the General Administration Department on Sunday.
Harjot Kaur Bamhrah, a senior IAS officer, has been appointed as the Additional Chief Secretary of the Department of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. She previously served in social welfare department.
Mihar Kumar Singh, currently Additional Chief Secretary of the Road Construction Department, has been entrusted with the additional charge of the Industries Department.
Bandana Preyasi, who earlier held dual responsibilities in the Industries and Environment departments, has now been transferred as Secretary of the Social Welfare Department. She will also hold additional charge of the Women and Child Development Corporation.
