Patna: Bihar’s Mega Job Fair-2025 has brought good news for many young people in the state. The five-day job fair was held at the Dashrath Manjhi Labor and Employment Institute in Patna from July 10 to 15. During this fair, many companies offered jobs to talented youth based on their skills.
Rohit Kumar Gupta from Bihar has got a job in Japan with an annual salary of Rs 24 lakh. Two others, Rehan and Muskan, have been selected for jobs in Dubai with packages of Rs 12 lakh and Rs 11.5 lakh respectively. All three were hired by AIEHS Development, a company that sends skilled people to work abroad.
On the last day of the fair, Bihar’s Labor Resources Minister Santosh Kumar Singh gave appointment letters to these youth and wished them a bright future. Other companies also hired many candidates. For example, MRF gave jobs to Pankaj, Dadan Kumar and Ashutosh Raj with annual salaries of Rs 3 lakh each to work in India.
According to Deepak Anand, Secretary of the Labor Resources Department, more than 40,000 youth registered for the fair and over 4,000 got job offers from 80 companies. He said the Bihar government has trained over 40 lakh youth in the last seven years. He advised young people to stay patient in their first jobs and said there are now good job opportunities in fields like AI and cloud computing.
