Bihar Sports University Rajgir Opens Recruitment for Guest Faculty and Coaches
Rajgir: Bihar Sports University Rajgir (BSUR) has announced recruitment for 14 guest positions, including 10 posts of Guest Faculty and 4 posts of Guest Coach. Interested and eligible candidates can apply from June 12 to June 26, 2025.
The university has invited applications from qualified professionals in specialized sports education disciplines. Candidates must download the application form and relevant instructions from the ‘Career’ section of the official website: https://bsur.bihar.gov.in. The completed application form and all supporting documents must be submitted via email in a single PDF file to sectionofficer2@bihar.gov.in.

- Sports Biomechanics
- Exercise Physiology
- Sports Psychology
- Sports Training
- Sports Technology
- Sports Medicine
- Health Science & Nutrition

The Guest Coach posts include:
- 2 positions for Athletics
- 2 positions for Cricket
The university stated that the recruitment will follow the reservation policy as per government directives.
Selection Process
The selection process will involve an online interaction, selection test, and personality test. The list of shortlisted candidates, along with the date and time of the selection process, will be published on the university’s website.

Bihar Sports University was established under Bihar Act 21/2021 and is recognized under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956. The current recruitment drive is a step toward enhancing the quality of sports education and coaching in the state.
