Patna: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has finally released the results of 10 candidates in the Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE-3). This step was taken after the Patna High Court directed the Commission to move forward in the case. These results had been pending for a long time due to an ongoing investigation and court-related issues.
Out of the 10 candidates, eight have been selected for teaching posts for Classes 1 to 5. The remaining two candidates have been selected for Social Science subjects for Classes 6 to 8. All these candidates were waiting for their results with uncertainty for several months, as their cases were not cleared earlier.
The selected candidates will now be posted in different districts of Bihar. These include Nawada, Samastipur, Khagaria, Kaimur, Sheikhpura, Munger, Banka, and Araria. The BPSC has already sent the appointment recommendations to the Education Department, which will complete the next steps of joining.
This case is related to Advertisement No. 22/2024 under the TRE 3.0 examination. While most results in the recruitment process had already been announced earlier, these particular cases were kept on hold. The Economic Offences Unit (EOU) had registered a case regarding alleged irregularities, which led to further investigation and legal proceedings.
Because of the investigation, the results of some candidates were not made public and were kept in sealed covers. Officials said these results will remain sealed until the High Court gives its final decision in the matter. Only after that will the remaining results be declared.
For now, the release of these results has brought relief to the 10 candidates. It has also given hope to others whose results are still pending. The Commission has said it remains committed to fairness and transparency as the remaining legal process continues.
