Buxar: Residents of Buxar will no longer need to make repeated visits to the Circle Office for land-related online applications, as the administration has introduced Common Service Centers at circle offices to facilitate digital services. Applicants can now submit online requests for land mutation and Parimarjan Plus (land record correction) through the CSCs by paying a government-prescribed service fee.
The facility was formally launched at the Sadar Circle Office on Saturday. Circle Officer Rahul Shankar inaugurated the Common Service Center by cutting the ribbon and lighting the ceremonial lamp. Officials said the initiative aims to simplify land-related procedures and make services more accessible to the public.
In addition to land mutation and Parimarjan Plus, the CSC will provide support for online applications related to land measurement, SMS alert services, Land Possession Certificates (LPC), land revenue payments and other land record-related services.
Jitendra Kumar Choubey, the CSC operator, said a fee of Rs 40 per application has been fixed for land mutation, while applications under Parimarjan Plus will be processed for Rs 30. For land measurement applications, a charge of Rs 40 has been set, and the SMS alert service will cost Rs 10 per land record.
Other service charges include Rs 30 per application for LPC, Rs 10 per land record for viewing Register-2, Rs 20 per land record for offline viewing of Register-2, Rs 20 per land record for land revenue payment, Rs 40 per application for the RCMS facility, and Rs 20 per application for obtaining a Khatian (land record extract).
The Circle Officer said the CSC service was launched in the Buxar Circle on Saturday and will now be extended to all circle offices in the district. He added that the move will enable citizens to submit land-related applications online through CSCs, reducing inconvenience and improving transparency in land administration.
