Hajipur: General Manager of East Central Railway, Chhatrasal Singh, held a high-level meeting with the heads of departments and senior officials at the headquarters in Hajipur on 07 January 2025. The meeting focused on reviewing the progress of various passenger facility development projects and infrastructure improvements within the East Central Railway zone.
During the review, Chhatrasal Singh emphasized the importance of completing ongoing construction and rail development projects on priority. He urged the use of new technology across all railway operations to meet public expectations and improve overall outcomes. He also stressed that punctuality, infrastructure expansion, Amrit Bharat station development, cargo loading, revenue growth, cleanliness, and employee welfare remain key priorities for the department.
The meeting was attended by department heads from the headquarters and other senior officials who shared updates and discussed strategies to accelerate progress on various initiatives. The General Manager’s directives are aimed at ensuring that East Central Railway continues to improve both its operational efficiency and passenger services.
