Gaya: The railway administration is preparing to operate three special trains from Gaya Junction on July 12 to accommodate candidates travelling for the Bihar Sub-Inspector recruitment examination.
According to railway officials, the proposal has been sent for approval to the railway headquarters. The special services will begin operations once the necessary clearance is received.
Three Special Trains Proposed
Railway sources said the current plan includes two special trains on the Gaya–Patna route and one on the Gaya–Kiul section.
The additional services are intended to help candidates reach their examination centres on time while reducing passenger congestion on regular trains.
Operational Preparations Underway
Ahead of the proposed services, the railway administration has started preparations at the Gaya railway yard by arranging additional train rakes.
Officials said the advance planning is aimed at ensuring the trains can be deployed immediately after approval from the headquarters. Crowd management, security arrangements and operational readiness are also being reviewed.
Schedule Awaiting Approval
Railway officials said the final timetable, including train timings, stoppages and other operational details, will be announced after the railway headquarters approves the proposal.
