Grand Celebration Marks Ayodhya Temple Consecration at Ravi Shankar Prasad’s Patna Residence
Patna: In a joyous celebration marking the consecration of the grand divine Ram temple in Ayodhya, a vibrant event unfolded at the residence of Ravi Shankar Prasad, former Union Minister, Patna Sahib MP, and the legal representative for Ram Lalla. The festivities included Bhajan Kirtan and the distribution of Prasad in honor of this momentous occasion.
At the heart of the celebration was a tableau featuring Lord Ram and the Ayodhya temple, prominently displayed at the main gate of Prasad’s residence. Locals, including children and girls, were captivated by the spectacle, taking selfies against the backdrop of the divine tableau. The entire area transformed into a sea of saffron flags, resonating with the melodies of Bhajan Kirtan, as the audience immersed themselves in the devotional music.
Prasad’s residence was adorned with elaborate lighting and lamps, creating a festive atmosphere as he participated in the consecration ceremony of Lord Ram in Ayodhya.
In a statement, Prasad extended his heartfelt wishes to the people of the area on this auspicious day, emphasizing the rarity and historical significance of such a supernatural moment in life. Expressing his joy and emotions, Prasad reflected on the culmination of a 500-year wait for the consecration of the grand temple of Lord Ram.
“I consider it my great fortune to have played a role in this monumental effort as a devotee of Ram, a kar sevak, and an advocate. Today, witnessing the glorious consecration of Shri Ram Ji in Ayodhya, I am overwhelmed with happiness,” said Prasad.
He went on to share the profound success of hundreds of years of penance, describing the day’s events as a grand spectacle attended by notable figures from across the country and the world. Prasad expressed his pride in Prime Minister Narendra Modi, commending him as a saint, a Ram devotee, a visionary politician, and a guiding force for a strong India.
