Patna: As the Moon transits into Cancer on October 15, its emotional energy will shape the day for all zodiac signs in unique ways. While Aries natives may experience a productive morning followed by fatigue later in the day, Taurus individuals are advised to tread carefully in financial matters. Here’s how the day is expected to unfold across the zodiac:

Aries — The Moon’s shift into Cancer activates your fourth house, bringing favourable conditions for new beginnings and government-related benefits. Workplace recognition is likely, but after noon, distraction and restlessness may set in. Prioritise rest and spend time with family to regain balance.

Taurus — With the Moon entering your third house, the day offers moderate results. Social interactions will bring happiness, but restraint in speech is essential after noon. While relationships with siblings remain cordial, health concerns may arise from careless eating habits.

Gemini — The Moon in your second house promises steady progress after initial delays. Financial gains and family gatherings are on the cards. However, differences with your spouse could surface. Avoid outside food to maintain good health.

Cancer — The Moon’s presence in your sign brings joy and harmony. Expect cheerfulness, strong family ties, and happy moments with loved ones. Good news and possible travel plans could make this a particularly fulfilling day.

Leo — With the Moon moving into your twelfth house, caution is advised in legal or emotional matters. Avoid impulsive actions or new associations. Overseas communication may bring positive news. Listen attentively to your partner’s views.

Virgo — The Moon’s transit through your eleventh house makes it a promising day for financial growth and recognition. Friends and family bring happiness, and business income may increase. However, avoid overexertion to stay healthy.

Libra — The Moon in your tenth house may initially bring anxiety or sluggishness at work. Superiors could express dissatisfaction early on, but the situation improves by afternoon. Respect and professional support are likely later in the day.

Scorpio — The Moon’s position in your ninth house could lead to low energy and lack of focus. Disagreements or uncooperative behaviour at work may occur. Avoid major decisions today and practise calmness to prevent conflict.

Sagittarius — With the Moon entering your eighth house, health and emotional wellbeing require attention. Avoid starting new ventures or undergoing medical procedures. Old ailments may resurface, and rising expenses could add stress.

Capricorn — The Moon’s presence in your seventh house highlights partnerships and social connections. Enjoy time with family and friends, as well as possible professional gains. A balance between relaxation and work focus is key.

Aquarius — The Moon’s transit into your sixth house favours career success and physical vitality. Support from colleagues and good health boost confidence. However, monitor expenses and continue healthy routines for long-term benefit.

Pisces — The Moon in your fifth house enhances creativity and social engagement. Artistic pursuits or reunions with friends may bring joy. Financial gains are likely later in the day, but control over anger and impulsive speech is advised.

As the Moon settles into the sensitive sign of Cancer, emotions will run deep across all signs. The day encourages balance between work and rest, particularly for Taurus natives, who should stay alert to avoid unnecessary losses.

  • A late-night raid at Beur Central Jail in Patna has exposed serious security lapses after officials recovered a mobile phone and data cable from inside the high-security facility. The operation, conducted between 10:50 pm and 12:45 am, is part of an intensified statewide crackdown on prison security following recent administrative directives. Authorities have increased surveillance and surprise inspections to curb illegal activities inside jails.

The raid was led by the Sadar Sub-Divisional Officer along with City Superintendent of Police Bhanu Pratap Singh and a large team of around 150 personnel. Multiple sections of the jail, including the Ganga Block, were thoroughly searched during the operation. Following the recovery of prohibited items, a warder has been suspended immediately, while several other staff members are under investigation and have been asked to explain possible negligence or involvement.

Officials stated that such drives are part of ongoing efforts to maintain discipline and prevent criminal networks from operating within prisons. The incident comes shortly after coordinated searches across 13 jails in Bihar, where other banned items were also found. The latest recovery at Beur Jail has raised fresh concerns over internal monitoring systems, signaling the possibility of deeper lapses and stricter action in the coming days.
