Bodhgaya: The Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya has concluded a highly successful three-day Management Development Program (MDP) aimed at bolstering the sales acumen of middle-level managers at Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL). Inaugurated by Dr. Vinita S Sahay, Director of IIM Bodh Gaya, and graced by Mr. Pratik Talukdar, Chief Manager (L&D) at IOCL, the MDP, titled “The Art of Selling,” took place from May 8th to May 10th, 2024, leaving a profound impact on IOCL participants. The event drew around 20 attendees from various states including Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, and Uttarakhand.

Throughout the intensive three-day program, participants were immersed in a range of topics including the Psychology of Buying, Sales Process, Sales Force Management, Value Proposition Development, Negotiation Tactics, and Personalization Strategies.
