Each sector will be monitored by senior officials, while the entire area will be covered by 128 CCTV cameras installed by Patna Smart City Limited.
The preparations also include a large spectator gallery, rapidly constructed to shield attendees from adverse weather conditions, and the display of 13 tableaux showcasing government schemes and social initiatives. Special events will also take place in Mahadalit communities, where local elders will lead the flag hoisting.
