Patna: Bhojpuri cinema’s leading star, Khesari Lal Yadav, is set to return to the big screen with his much-anticipated film God Father, whose trailer was released to fanfare today. The teaser, packed with high-octane action, emotionally charged moments, and modern cinematic flair, has quickly stirred buzz across social media.
Directed by Parag Patil, God Father appears to blend family drama, social commentary, and a gritty action narrative. Khesari Lal Yadav, known for his mass appeal and emotional range, stars opposite Yamini Singh, whose performance in the trailer hints at a strong, multi-layered female lead. The pair’s on-screen chemistry has drawn praise in the past, but this film offers a deeper, more emotionally resonant portrayal of their relationship.
The film is produced under the Technician Film Factory banner by Parag Patil, Rakesh Roshan Singh and Subodh Seth, with a presentation by Ratnakar Kumar and Khesari Lal Yadav himself. Co-produced by Kuldeep Srivastava and executive produced by Rizwan, the film boasts a robust technical crew. Music direction and lyrics are handled by Krishna Bedardi, while cinematography is led by R.R. Prince and editing by Praveen S. Rai.
The trailer, which debuted on Times Music Bhojpuri’s official YouTube channel, also teases powerful action sequences choreographed by Maleesh and dynamic dance numbers by Kanu Mukherjee and Sonu Pritam.
Rounding out the cast are Aastha Singh, Sanjay Pandey, Vinod Mishra, J. Neelam, Nisha Tiwari, and Subodh Seth in pivotal roles.
