Chhapra: Saran District’s BJP General Secretary and Chhapra Assembly In-charge Dharmendra Kumar Sah has urged the Central Government to introduce three new pairs of trains between Chhapra and Patna to address passenger inconvenience.
During a meeting with Union Minister of State for Home, Nityanand Rai, in New Delhi, Dharmendra Kumar Sah submitted a memorandum requesting regular train services on this route. He emphasized that a large number of daily commuters face difficulties due to a lack of sufficient train options.
Key Demands and Expected Impact:
New train services would improve business, education, and healthcare access in the region. The move is expected to boost economic activities between Chhapra and Patna.
The Central Government has assured that positive steps will be taken soon regarding this demand.
Dharmendra Kumar Sah also discussed various development schemes for Chhapra during the meeting, urging the government to prioritize infrastructure projects for the city’s overall growth.
