Patna: The Patna High Court has announced recruitment for 53 Technical Assistant (Group C) posts, offering an opportunity for candidates seeking careers in the IT and computer sector within government service.
The online application process began on April 1, 2026, and will remain open until April 30, 2026. Candidates can submit the application fee until May 2, 2026, with officials advising applicants to complete the process well before the deadline.
Selected candidates will be placed under Level 5 of the 7th Pay Commission, with a basic salary ranging from Rs 29,200 to Rs 92,300. Additional benefits, including dearness allowance (DA), house rent allowance (HRA), and other government perks, will also be provided. A probation period of one year will apply initially.
The vacancies are distributed across categories, with 24 posts for the unreserved category, eight for scheduled castes, and one for scheduled tribes. Other allocations include nine for extremely backward classes, six for backward classes, and five for economically weaker sections. A total of 17 posts are reserved for women and two for persons with disabilities.
