Patna: Authorities in Patna have announced extensive traffic restrictions and diversions around Patna Junction ahead of Ram Navami, as large crowds are expected to gather at the Mahavir Temple.
The restrictions will remain in force from 8pm on March 26 until 11pm on March 27, with the movement of all vehicles prohibited in the immediate vicinity of the station, except for emergency services such as ambulances and fire tenders.
Police said key routes leading to the junction, including R-Block to GPO and stretches between Dak Bungalow Crossing and the station, will remain closed. Traffic beneath the Buddha Marg flyover will also be restricted, while parking at the Station Roundabout and nearby areas has been banned during this period.
