Bhagalpur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Bhagalpur a while ago, marking his first visit to Bihar in 2025. He was received by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Deputy Chief Ministers, and Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, along with other senior leaders.
After landing at Purnia Airport, PM Modi traveled to Bhagalpur by helicopter to attend the PM Kisan Samman Samaroh, where he will release the 19th installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme, benefiting thousands of farmers.
During his visit, the Prime Minister will also inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for multiple development projects in Bihar. The visit is seen as politically significant ahead of the 2025 assembly elections in the state.
