Patna: Prashant Kishor, the architect of Jan Suraaj, flagged off a statewide bike rally from Bihar Satyagraha Ashram, Patna. The rally, led by Jan Suraaj youth president Anand Mishra, will cover 20,000 kilometers across Bihar to raise awareness about the injustices and atrocities faced by the youth in the state.
Speaking to the press, Prashant Kishor stated that 100 bikers, under Anand Mishra’s leadership, will connect with the youth through this journey. He compared the rally to his own padyatra across Bihar, emphasizing that just as he connected with people on foot, Anand will strengthen the movement by traveling on a bike.
Addressing the press, Anand Mishra expressed his gratitude to Prashant Kishor, stating that the bike rally is a continuation of the seeds sown during the padyatra. He vowed to amplify the voice of Bihar’s youth throughout the journey.
Prashant Kishor also took aim at Rahul Gandhi, criticizing him for his remarks on the caste census in Bihar. Kishor reminded Gandhi that the caste census was conducted during the tenure of the Mahagathbandhan government in Bihar. He further stated that if Congress can apologize for the 1984 Sikh riots, it should also apologize for the atrocities committed during the Jungle Raj era in Bihar, when the state government functioned with Congress’s support.
