Hajipur: Three railway employees and their dependents met East Central Railway General Manager Chhatrasal Singh at the headquarters in Hajipur to discuss their grievances. The General Manager instructed the concerned departments to address the complaints promptly and resolve them within the stipulated time.
To facilitate the resolution of departmental issues, every Tuesday has been designated for railway employees to meet the General Manager. Employees can register their names in advance with the Personnel Department and present their concerns directly on the scheduled day.
The East Central Railway administration reiterated its commitment to addressing employee grievances effectively and maintaining an open dialogue for organizational efficiency.
