Begusarai: The Bihar government continues its concerted efforts to address unemployment, not only in the public sector but also in the private sector. In line with this commitment, a job camp is scheduled to be held at the District Employment Office of the Labor Resources Department on April 12.
This upcoming job camp, to be held at the Sanyukt Shram Bhawan located in the ITI campus near Panhans Chowk, aims to provide employment opportunities to 80 educated individuals. Successful candidates will receive salaries ranging from Rs 14,000 to Rs 28,000, along with various incentives and benefits.
According to the District Planning Officer, the Labor Resources Department has been actively organizing job camps and initiatives to facilitate employment for educated individuals. As part of this endeavor, Fusion Micro Finance Limited, a private sector company, will be participating in the job camp on April 12, offering employment opportunities to 80 youths aged between 18 to 30 years.
Freshers with intermediate and higher education qualifications will be appointed as Relationship Officers, earning a monthly salary of Rs 14,000 along with a petrol allowance of Rs 4,000 and additional incentives. Those with intermediate and higher education can also qualify for the position of Senior Relationship Officer, with a monthly salary of Rs 15,000 plus petrol allowance.
Graduates aspiring to become Branch Managers can expect salaries ranging from Rs 20,000 to Rs 28,000. The job locations for all positions will be within Bihar, and in addition to salaries, employees will also receive benefits such as PF, ESIC, and accommodation.
Individuals interested in participating in the job camp must register on the NCS portal www.ncs.gov.in. The job camp will take place on April 12 from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm. Applicants are required to bring their biodata, Aadhar card, driver’s license and vehicle registration documents, educational certificates, and two passport-sized photographs for registration.
