Patna: The Patna High Court has taken swift action against Sub‑Judge‑I and Assistant Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM‑I) Arti Jaiswal, who serves at the Sasaram Civil Court, suspending her immediately as disciplinary proceedings are underway, according to a notice issued by Registrar‑General P.K. Malik.
The order, issued under the Bihar Judicial Service (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 2020, bars Jaiswal from leaving her assigned station in Rohtas district without prior permission until further directive. Despite the suspension, she will retain entitlement to her civil service allowance during the period.
