New Delhi: BJP national spokesperson and former Union minister Syed Shahnawaz Hussain met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi on Wednesday, describing the interaction as warm and uplifting. Hussain was accompanied by his wife, Renu Hussain, and their sons, Arbaaz and Adeeb.
During the meeting, Renu Hussain presented the prime minister with a collection of poems written by her. Hussain later said the encounter had been “cordial and heartwarming”, adding that his family deeply valued the opportunity to meet Modi.
Calling the prime minister “a symbol of India’s progress and global respect”, Shahnawaz said PM Modi enjoyed the affection of people across the country. “He resides in the hearts of every citizen and meeting him is everyone’s heartfelt desire,” he said, adding that his family would remember the interaction as a cherished moment.
Hussain also praised PM Modi’s leadership, describing him as “a great blessing for every citizen”. Since taking office, he said, PM Modi had strengthened India’s position internationally and improved the lives of ordinary people. “Under his guidance, India has emerged as a powerful, capable and competent nation,” he added.
