Sitamarhi: A shocking incident has come to light in Bihar’s Sitamarhi district, where five children, aged between 10 and 12, were allegedly subjected to brutal humiliation by a shopkeeper and two accomplices over accusations of stealing chocolates. The perpetrators reportedly stripped the children, garlanded them with shoes, smeared their faces with lime, and paraded them naked through the market.
The horrific act gained widespread attention after a video of the incident went viral on social media, prompting swift action from the police.

According to reports, the shopkeeper, along with his son and another individual, allegedly carried out the cruel punishment. The children, whose identities have been withheld, were paraded through public areas in a deeply humiliating manner.
Upon the video’s circulation, authorities in Sitamarhi immediately launched an investigation. Police confirmed that they have arrested the primary accused, the shopkeeper, along with his son, and the person responsible for recording the disturbing video.
