HAJIPUR – In anticipation of the heightened passenger traffic during the festive season of Diwali and Chhath, Indian Railways has announced the operation of special trains on various routes. The additional services aim to facilitate travel for passengers during this busy period.
Anand Vihar-Patna-Anand Vihar Superfast (Train no. 02248/02247):
Departing from Anand Vihar at 00.30 hrs on November 9, 11, 16, and 18, the Superfast train will reach Patna at 16.30 hrs on the same day. The return journey will commence from Patna at 19.10 hrs, arriving at Anand Vihar at 10.50 hrs the next day.
Ara-Anand Vihar Puja Special (Train no. 03227/03228):
Operating on November 13, 15, 18, 22, 25, and 29, as well as December 2, the Ara-Anand Vihar-Aara Puja Special will depart from Ara at 15.45 hrs, reaching Anand Vihar at 07.15 hrs the following day. The return journey (Train no. 03228) will depart from Anand Vihar at 09.30 am on November 14, 16, 19, 23, 26, and 30, as well as December 3, reaching Ara at 04.00 pm the next day.
Dhanbad-Raxaul-Dhanbad Unreserved Special (Train no. 03301/03302):
Departing from Dhanbad at 04.10 hrs on November 15 and 17, the unreserved special will reach Raxaul at 16.45 hrs on the same day. The return journey will commence from Raxaul at 20.00 hrs, arriving at Dhanbad at 09.00 hrs the next day.
New Delhi-Banmankhi-Delhi Festi Special (Train no. 04016/04015):
Departing from New Delhi at 14.55 hrs on November 09, 12, and 15, the Festi Special will reach Banmankhi at 16.45 hrs the next day. The return journey will commence from Banmankhi at 17.30 hrs, arriving at New Delhi at 19.20 hrs the next day.
Ahmedabad-Patna-Ahmedabad Special (Train no. 09423/09424):
Departing from Ahmedabad at 21.05 hrs on November 13, 20, and 27, the special service will reach Patna at 03.45 hrs on Wednesday. The return journey will commence from Patna at 06.45 hrs, arriving at Ahmedabad at 12.20 on Thursday.
