Ara: In the ongoing investigation into the Land For Job scam, close associates of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav are facing increasing difficulties. On Saturday, a team from the CBI visited the residence of RJD MLA Kiran Devi in the Agiaon area of Bhojpur district and served her a notice.
Kiran Devi’s husband, Arun Yadav, is a former legislator associated with the construction syndicate. Sources reveal that the CBI team handed out Kiran Devi and her husband Arun Yadav notices.
However, when the CBI team reached their residence, former legislator Arun Yadav was absent. The notice instructs them to appear before the Delhi Court. The investigation is part of the larger probe into the alleged Land For Job scam, and Lalu Prasad Yadav’s close associates are now under scrutiny.
