New Delhi/Patna: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will publish the provisional answer key for the UGC-NET June 2026 examination this week, according to a public notice issued on August 10.

The agency said provisional answer keys for the CSIR-NET and ICAR AIEEA (PG) and AICE (PhD) 2026 examinations will also be released during the same period.

Candidates Can Raise Challenges

Once the provisional answer keys are published, candidates will be able to check them on the NTA’s official website and raise objections within the notified challenge window.

NTA said detailed instructions regarding the answer-key challenge process will be provided when the keys are released.

UGC-NET June 2026 Answer Key Details

The provisional answer key will allow candidates to compare their recorded responses with the answers considered correct by the examination authority.

Candidates who identify discrepancies will be able to submit challenges according to the procedure and within the deadline specified by NTA.

The agency has not specified an exact release date in the August 10 notice, stating only that the provisional keys will be published this week.

NTA Advises Candidates To Follow Official Updates

NTA has advised candidates to regularly check its official website for the release of the answer keys and related instructions.

The agency has also asked candidates to rely only on official communications from NTA regarding the examinations, answer keys and challenge process.

What Candidates Should Do Next

Candidates appearing for UGC-NET June 2026, CSIR-NET and the relevant ICAR examinations should monitor the NTA website for the provisional answer keys.

Once released, candidates should check their responses carefully and submit any challenge within the officially notified window.
