Bihar CM Nitish Kumar Inaugurates Lalit Narayan Mishra Institute’s New Academic Building
Patna: Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday inaugurated the newly constructed academic building at the Lalit Narayan Mishra Institute of Economic Development and Social Change at Patna. The event included the formal inauguration of beautification and renovation of the main building of the institute.
During the inauguration, Chief Minister (CM) Nitish personally inspected the administrative building and various rooms and offices within the newly constructed technical building. The Chief Minister paid close attention to the details of the facilities, underlining the importance of the institute’s infrastructure.
Furthermore, CM Nitish took a moment to observe a Rangoli made by the institute’s female students, highlighting the artistic contributions of the academic community.
CM Nitish also paid his respects to the late Lalit Narayan Mishra, with a life-size statue of the former Union Minister. The Chief Minister honored Mishra’s memory by offering garlands at the statue.
The inauguration ceremony witnessed the presence of key dignitaries, including Finance and Commercial Tax cum Parliamentary Affairs Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, Education Minister Chandrashekhar, Principal Secretary to the CM Deepak Kumar, Additional Chief of Education Department KK Pathak, Principal Secretary to the CM Dr S. Siddharth, CM’s Secretary Anupam Krimar, Patna Divisional Commissioner Kumar Ravi, Patna District Magistrate Chandrashekhar Singh, Patna Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Rajeev Mishra, and other officials.
