Patna: Aayan Khan, the 18-year-old son of Congress Legislature Party leader Shakeel Ahmed Khan, was found dead at his residence in Patna on Monday. His body was discovered hanging at the MLC residence, police officials confirmed.
Authorities have reached the spot and launched an investigation into the incident. The news has sent shockwaves through Bihar’s political circles, with Congress leaders arriving at Khan’s residence to offer their condolences.
Expressing his grief, MP Pappu Yadav took to social media, writing: “I am deeply saddened by this tragic news. The only son of my friend Dr Shakeel Ahmed Khan, leader of the Congress Legislature Party in Bihar, has passed away. My heartfelt condolences to Shakeel bhai and his family, but I have no words to console a grieving father and mother.”
