Patna: Air India Express is set to launch a direct flight service between Patna’s Jayaprakash Narayan International Airport and Chennai, starting March 30. The airline announced the new route on Tuesday, stating that it would operate daily flights between the two cities.
According to the schedule, flight IX 1634 will depart from Chennai at 6 am and arrive in Patna at 8:50 am. The return flight, IX 1635, will take off from Patna at 9:20 am and land in Chennai at 12:10 pm.
The introduction of this service is expected to provide greater convenience for passengers travelling between the two cities. However, other airlines already operate flights on the Patna-Chennai route.
