Patna: Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) chief Chirag Paswan paid heartfelt tribute to the first Chief Minister of Bihar, Shri Krishna Singh, on the occasion of the statesman’s birth anniversary on Saturday. He paid his respects by offering flowers at the oil painting of the esteemed leader at Patna in the morning.
In another event at Aurangabad to mark the same occasion, Chirag unveiled a statue of Shri Krishna Singh at Anugrah Mahavidyalaya.
He seized the opportunity to articulate his vision for Bihar’s development, one that resonated with the dreams of leaders who had left an indelible mark on the state.
During his address, Chirag took the opportunity to reaffirm a collective commitment. He pledged to actualize the vision of a developed Bihar that was cherished by Shri Babu and held dear by his late father and former union minister, Ram Vilas Paswan. He emphasized the need for collaboration and unity to transform this vision into a reality, urging the youth to rise above the constraints of caste and embrace the broader identity of being citizens of Bihar and India.
“India is a young country, Bihar is our young state, hence I would urge you to rise above caste, creed, religion and make Bihar a developed state in the true sense. We will not be able to pay tribute to these revered leaders. For this, we all will have to unite. I am moving forward with the thinking of Bihar First, Bihari First. I talk about the 13 crore population of Bihar; I am talking about taking the 13 crore people of Bihar forward by seeing them together. Chirag Paswan needs your blessings at every step,” Chirag said.
Chirag further pledged to implement the ideals and aspirations of Shri Krishna Singh on the ground, emphasizing his commitment to the vision of these revered leaders.
