Saharsa: In preparation for the summer season, the Electricity Department in Saharsa has initiated pre-summer maintenance work to ensure an uninterrupted power supply. As part of this effort, repair work will be carried out on the 11 KV Tiwari Tola feeder on April 3.
Due to this maintenance activity, electricity supply will remain suspended from 11 AM to 5 PM in several areas of Saharsa city, including Tiwari Tola, Lakshminia Chowk, Saharsa Basti, Dumrel, Jhapra Tola, Hatiyagachhi, and Patel Nagar. Additionally, some other nearby localities may also experience power cuts during this period.
Saharsa Electrical Engineer Amit Kumar has urged residents to complete their important work before the scheduled power outage. He emphasized that the maintenance work is necessary to ensure better and more reliable service for consumers.
