St. Karen’s High School’s “Festival of Books and Reading” Concludes on a High Note, Leaving a Lasting Literary Legacy
Patna: The vibrant and enriching “Festival of Books and Reading” at St. Karen’s High School (SKHS) reached its culmination on Sunday, leaving an enduring impact on the literary community and beyond. The concluding day witnessed an exceptional fusion of literary activities, drawing attendees from various schools in Patna.
The meticulously curated book fair arena, having experienced a phenomenal turnout in the preceding two days, continued to serve as a hub of literary exploration. The palpable enthusiasm of students, parents, and educators throughout the event attested to the dedication and meticulous planning demonstrated by Team Scholastic and the entire St. Karen’s family.
Renowned figures in the literary world graced the occasion, including master storytellers and authors Rituparna Ghosh, Simi Srivastava, Lalita Iyer, and Scharada Dubey. The audience was captivated by magician Hassan Khan’s spellbinding magic show, while Ajit Narayan, the celebrated cartoonist and author, imparted the art of cartooning and comic drawings to eager students.
The culinary delights at the food courts added a flavorful touch to the literary festivities, providing a unique blend of intellectual and gastronomic enjoyment for all attendees. Namish Kumar and Vinnie Sharon Noel, the program coordinators, expressed their joy and gratitude for the overwhelming success of the festival.
