Patna: Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna (CIMP) organised its Alumni Meet-2025, “Raahain,” on Sunday at the campus. The event brought together alumni, students and faculty in a celebration of memories and connections. A special tribute was paid to former students Amrita Kumari, Chandra Singh, Abhinav Ranjan and Saurav Raj, who are no longer alive.
CIMP director Prof (Dr) Rana Singh welcomed everyone and spoke about the role of alumni in guiding current students. Chief Administrative Officer Kumod Kumar announced the launch of the “Abhinav Ranjan Scholarship” to support bright students. Prof Vibhas Kumar, chairperson of placement, shared placement updates and underlined how alumni play an important role in helping students succeed.
The event also featured cultural performances by CIMP students, including dance, music and a performance by the “Beautiful Minds” group, which received enthusiastic applause. Alumni shared their experiences, making the day a mix of nostalgia and celebration.
All participants were recognised for their contributions. The meet ended with a vote of thanks by Prof Nitish Nigam, coordinator of the alumni committee, and a renewed commitment to strengthen the alumni network in the years ahead.
