Patna: Tej Pratap Yadav, recently expelled from Lalu Prasad Yadav’s Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), has escalated political tensions in Bihar with a series of posts on social media platform X. On Wednesday, he claimed that one of five individuals he labelled as “Jaichand” was preparing to flee Bihar.
Tej Pratap specifically named Akash Yadav as “Jaichand” in an earlier post. He alleged that he was planning to leave Patna with his family from Patna Junction. “When the time of election comes, what does it indicate to run away from the field? You, public and media brothers, should decide,” he wrote. He added that no “Jaichand” could escape his scrutiny and suggested that others involved would eventually be exposed.

The politician further cautioned journalists to remain alert, claiming that the individual could attempt to leave via Patna Airport, railway station, or bus stand.
In previous posts, Tej Pratap shared a video accusing Akash Yadav and others of spreading images of him as part of a political conspiracy. He vowed that such efforts would not derail his political career. “No matter how big a conspiracy any Jaichand makes, he will never be able to defeat us,” he wrote. He also reaffirmed his commitment to engage with voters across the state and contest upcoming elections through his organisation, Team Tej Pratap Yadav.
