Patna: Santosh Kumar Mall, the Principal Secretary of the Urban Development & Housing Department, Government of Bihar, and the Managing Director of the Patna Metro Rail Project, paid a visit to the Moin-Ul-Haq Underground Metro station on Thursday evening. During his visit, he meticulously examined the ongoing progress of the underground metro station and the Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs).
Accompanied by officials from the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation’s Patna division, Mall was given an extensive overview of the work advancement concerning the Patna Metro Rail Project.
The officials provided Mall with a detailed walkthrough of the ongoing tunneling work conducted by TBM-1. They also elaborated on the safety measures and protocols diligently followed during the tunneling work for the underground metro station. These aspects, along with the intricacies of the tunneling process, were presented to him through a comprehensive presentation.
