Patna: A new video has surfaced in connection with the disturbance outside the coaching centre associated with Khan Sir in Patna’s Musallahpur Hat area, showing a man allegedly discharging a firearm during a late-night confrontation on June 2.
The 38-second clip, which has not been independently verified by authorities, shows a group gathered outside the premises, with one individual appearing to load and fire a weapon amid the chaos.
Video Emergence and Claims
According to reports, the person seen firing in the footage is being described as a personal bodyguard of Khan Sir. However, this claim has not been officially confirmed by the police or any investigating agency.
The incident reportedly took place around 10 pm on June 2, when a dispute escalated outside the coaching centre, leading to violence and vandalism.

Initial Statement and Subsequent Clarification
Following the incident, Khan Sir had initially told the media that gunfire had taken place during the attack. He said intruders entered the premises and assaulted a security guard, leaving him seriously injured.
However, he later revised his statement, saying the situation at the time was confused and that he had repeated information provided by others present at the scene.
Arrests and Counterclaims
Police have arrested three individuals in connection with the case, including Roshan Anand, owner of the ‘Gyan Bindu’ coaching centre, along with two associates identified as Abhishek and Gaurav.
Roshan Anand has denied any involvement in firing and rejected allegations of conspiracy as he was taken into custody, stating that no gunshots were fired during the incident.
Police Investigation Underway
Police officials said the case is being examined through CCTV footage and other technical evidence. They have stated that the involvement of firearms has not yet been confirmed.
Authorities added that further clarity will emerge once the investigation is completed and all forensic and video evidence is verified.
