Patna: Voting for the Bankipur Assembly by-election witnessed participation from senior political leaders as well as voters across different age groups on Thursday, with many appealing to citizens to cast their ballots and strengthen the democratic process.
Among those who exercised their franchise were BJP leader Ramkripal Yadav, Bihar Government Minister Ashok Choudhary, senior BJP leader C.P. Thakur and RJD leader Shyam Rajak. Several elderly voters and families also drew attention for their enthusiastic participation.

Bihar Government Minister Ashok Choudhary also cast his vote during the by-election.
