Patna: The price of a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder has increased by Rs 71 from October 1, taking the new price to Rs 3,115, according to the latest rates issued by Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL).
The revised rates came into effect on October 1, 2026. The increase is applicable to commercial LPG cylinders, which are widely used by restaurants, hotels, shops and other businesses.
Domestic LPG Price Unchanged
There has been no change in the price of domestic LPG cylinders. A 14.2 kg domestic cylinder will continue to cost Rs 1,040.
The unchanged domestic rate means household consumers will not see an increase in the price of their regular LPG cylinder under the October revision.
LPG Cylinder Rates From October 1
According to the revised rates, a 5 kg domestic cylinder will cost Rs 386, while a 10 kg composite cylinder is priced at Rs 750.50. The 5 kg composite cylinder will also cost Rs 386.
The price of a 47.5 kg cylinder has been fixed at Rs 7,781.
FTL Cylinder Rates
The revised rates also cover FTL cylinders. A 5 kg FTL new connection will cost Rs 1,982.50, while its refill price is Rs 861.50.
For 2 kg FTL POS cylinders, the new connection price is Rs 1,067.50 and the refill price is Rs 359.50.
Nano-Cut And Extra-Tej Prices
IOCL has also issued prices for Nano-Cut and Extra-Tej cylinders. The 19 kg Nano-Cut cylinder will cost Rs 3,287.50, while the 19 kg Extra-Tej cylinder is priced at Rs 3,137.50.
The 47.5 kg Extra-Tej cylinder will cost Rs 7,837.50. For the 10 kg FTL Extra-Lite cylinder, the new connection price is Rs 4,942.50 and the refill price is Rs 1,756.50.
