Dengue Cases Surge Past 300 in Muzaffarpur, Health Department on High Alert
Muzaffarpur: Dengue cases in Muzaffarpur district have crossed 300, with more than a dozen cases reported in the past four days. The health department has issued directives for fogging in all affected areas to curb the spread of the disease.

The most affected areas include Mushahari, Kanti, and Meenapur blocks, along with consistent reports of cases from urban zones in the district.
Civil Surgeon Dr. Ajay Kumar confirmed that there are currently 305 dengue cases in Muzaffarpur. He stated that all Primary Health Centers (PHCs), Community Health Centers (CHCs), and hospitals have been instructed to intensify fogging operations, particularly in high-risk areas.
