Patna: A delegation from the Bihar Industries Association (BIA) met state industries minister Shreyasi Singh on Sunday and extended congratulations on behalf of the state’s industrial community.
During the meeting, the delegation requested the minister to convene a joint interaction with representatives of industry and entrepreneur organisations from across Bihar to facilitate dialogue on industrial development and sector-related concerns.
Joint meeting likely after May 25
According to the association, the minister accepted the proposal and agreed in principle to hold a joint meeting at the BIA premises after May 25.
The proposed meeting is expected to include representatives of entrepreneur associations from different districts of Bihar and will be coordinated under the leadership of the Bihar Industries Association. The date for the meeting is yet to be finalised.

The delegation included BIA president Ramlal Khetan, general secretary Amar Nath Jaiswal, former president KPS Kesari, former vice-presidents Ramesh Prasad Gupta and Prem Narayan Prasad, and former treasurer Manish Tiwari.
Industry body welcomes minister’s response
The Bihar Industries Association welcomed the minister’s response and said the initiative could help strengthen engagement between the government and the state’s entrepreneurial community.
The association also expressed hope that continued dialogue would contribute to industrial growth in Bihar.
