Patna: The wait for lakhs of students in Bihar is set to end soon, with the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) indicating that results for both Intermediate (Class 12) and Matriculation (Class 10) exams will be declared by the end of March.
Anand Kishore, chairman of the BSEB, said the board has finalised the result process, with only the announcement of the exact date remaining. The development has heightened anticipation among students and parents across the state.
Inter results to be declared first
Officials confirmed that, as in previous years, the Intermediate results will be announced first, followed by the Matric results. Students have been advised to regularly check the official BSEB website, where the result links will be activated upon release.
Evaluation complete, final formalities underway
The board has completed key processes including the evaluation of answer sheets and uploading of marks. According to officials, only final procedural steps remain, and the results could be declared on any day once the date is confirmed.
BSEB has, in recent years, built a reputation for timely result announcements, and officials indicated that efforts are being made to maintain that track record.
Anxiety and anticipation among students
With the announcement window nearing, students have been closely tracking updates across platforms. The results are considered a critical milestone, influencing higher education choices and career paths.
Families, too, have been actively engaged in discussions as expectations build around performance and future plans.
Official date awaited
While preparations are complete, the board is yet to announce the exact date for declaration. Students have been advised to rely only on official sources for updates and avoid misinformation.
If released as scheduled, the results will give students sufficient time to proceed with admissions and other academic plans, marking a crucial transition point in their educational journey.
