Patna: In a major relief for passengers travelling to Delhi, the East Central Railway (ECR) has announced five special trains from various stations across Bihar. The services, scheduled for 18 November, aim to address the surge in passenger numbers and the ongoing shortage of reserved tickets.
Railway officials said the move is part of a broader effort to “ensure smoother travel and reduce crowding during the high-demand season.”
Hasanpur Road–New Delhi Special (Train 04097)
The train will depart Hasanpur Road at 15:00 on 18 November.
Route: Samastipur → Muzaffarpur → Bapudham Motihari → Sugauli → Bettiah → Narkatiaganj → Bagaha → Gorakhpur → Aishbagh → Kanpur Central → New Delhi
