Patna: The Bihar government has executed a large-scale transfer of IAS officers, as per the notification released by the General Administration Department. B Karthikeya Dhanji has been appointed as the Secretary of the Road Construction Department, while continuing to hold his current role as Investigation Commissioner in the General Administration Department.
Additionally, Rajesh Kumar Singh, previously serving as the Additional Collector in Begusarai, has been transferred to the Bihar Public Service Commission, where he will serve as the Additional Secretary. The reshuffling is part of the state’s ongoing administrative changes.
