Patna: The Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment) has revised the date of the written examination for recruitment to 993 Constable posts in Bihar Police following a scheduling conflict with the NEET UG re-examination.
In an announcement issued on Tuesday, the Board said the examination, earlier scheduled for June 21, has been postponed as the National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the NEET UG re-examination on the same day.
New Examination Schedule
According to the revised timetable, the Bihar Police Constable recruitment examination will now be conducted on June 28, 2026.
The examination will be held in a single shift from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Candidates have been instructed to report to their designated examination centres between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

Examination Centre Details from June 15
The Board said candidates will be able to check details regarding the district of their examination centre from June 15 onwards.
Candidates can access the information by visiting the official website of the Central Selection Board and entering their registration number or registered mobile number along with their date of birth.

Admit Card Download Schedule
The process for downloading e-admit cards will begin at 12:00 AM on June 22.
Candidates will be allowed to download their admit cards until 11:00 AM on June 28, the day of the examination.
The Board has stated that entry into the examination centre will not be permitted without a valid e-admit card.
Duplicate Admit Card Facility
The Board has also provided an alternative arrangement for candidates facing difficulties in downloading their admit cards online.
Such candidates may collect a duplicate admit card from the office of the Central Selection Board on Harding Road in Patna on June 26 between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
