Patna: Two brothers were rescued unharmed after their car collided with a divider and overturned at Patna airport on Sunday, in what officials described as a narrowly avoided accident.
The vehicle, carrying the brothers to pick up their family, struck a railing within the airport premises before flipping over. Airport staff and Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel promptly extricated the passengers and righted the car.

Driver Pintu Kumar told reporters that the accident occurred suddenly. “While driving, it felt as if a curtain or obstacle appeared in front of me,” he said. “I have been driving for many years, but I have never experienced anything like this. Thankfully, no one was injured.”
A CISF official highlighted the importance of quick response, noting that prompt action, even during minor incidents, is crucial for passenger safety. Following the accident, the airport administration has called for increased vigilance and the installation of additional warning signs near the divider to prevent future mishaps.
