Patna: Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna (CIMP) inaugurated its annual business fest, UDBHAV 2025, blending talent, innovation, and culture over two days on Jan 31 and Feb 1. The event began with a ceremonial lamp lighting by CIMP Director Prof. Rana Singh, Agriculture Department Secretary Sanjay Kumar Agarwal, and UDBHAV Chairperson Prof. Ranjit Tiwari. This was followed by a welcome speech from the director, who highlighted CIMP’s contributions to Bihar. Secretary Sanjay Agarwal addressed the audience, discussing key topics such as market logistics, agricultural start-ups, micro-enterprise economics, and road safety paradigms.
UDBHAV 2025 has drawn over 650 participants from 77 institutes, including IIM Bodh Gaya, IIM Rohtak, IIT Bombay, IIT Dhanbad, AIIMS, DU, KIIT, IMT Ghaziabad, Fore School of Management, BHU, and many more. Various events such as Business Plan, B Quiz, Brand Prix, Best from Waste, Debate, Nukkad Natak, Photography, Singing, Group Dance, Solo Dance, and Ethnic Fashionista are being held across multiple venues, judged by a panel of 14 esteemed professors.
The first day saw enthusiastic participation in the Business Plan competition, which received 130 registrations covering themes like agriculture, IT, logistics, pharma, and advertising. The event was evaluated by three distinguished jury panels. Other competitions, including Debate, B Quiz, Fashionista, and Best from Waste, attracted 109, 97, 109, and 42 participants, respectively. The business fest is supported by sponsors such as Bihar Pul Nirman Nigam Limited, Flow, Vitiaka, and others.
On the second day, the fest will host the grand finale of Singing, Dancing, Brand Prix, Nukkad Natak, Debate, and Fashionista, along with cultural performances by a live band. The high-energy festival continues to provide a platform for students to showcase their skills and creativity in a vibrant and competitive environment.
UDBHAV 2025 has established itself as a significant event in the academic and cultural calendar of Bihar, fostering talent and encouraging future business leaders to innovate and excel.
