He said the institute’s objective extended beyond conventional education and focused on empowering students to become self-confident and capable of facing future challenges. He added that awareness of emerging technologies such as AI had become essential for young people.

Interactive Sessions on Artificial Intelligence

During the event, CIMP faculty members Prof Rajashree Pillai and Prof Priya Nath conducted interactive sessions on Artificial Intelligence. The sessions covered the fundamentals of AI, its practical applications and its growing relevance across sectors.

Students participated actively in discussions and raised questions regarding the role of AI in future careers and industries.

Prof Dr Ankit Sharma also addressed students on management education opportunities available at CIMP, career prospects and government scholarship schemes. He encouraged participants to pursue higher education and skill development to strengthen their career prospects.

Workshops, Counselling and Skill Mapping Activities

According to organisers, the ‘Samarthya’ programme seeks to identify student talent and guide participants towards suitable career pathways.

The event included AI-based workshops, skill mapping exercises, career counselling sessions, scholarship awareness programmes and certificate distribution ceremonies.

Gaya District Magistrate Shashank Shubhankhar attended the concluding session as chief guest.

Addressing students, he said AI had evolved beyond a technological concept and was increasingly shaping sectors such as education, healthcare, administration, industry and employment.

He said it was important to familiarise students with emerging technologies so they could prepare themselves for future opportunities and challenges.
