Patna: In a thrilling start to the Cryptic Crossword Contest (CCCC) 13.0, a team from Delhi Public School (DPS), Patna, has secured the top position in the first online round. The dynamic duo of Nanya Dev Singh and Tanmay Kashyap clinched National Rank 1, showcasing their exceptional cryptic-solving skills against competitors from across the country.
This victory marks a remarkable second consecutive win for the pair, who also triumphed in the contest’s practice round last month. Their consistent performance and cryptic brilliance have set a high standard for the competition.
Hot on their heels are the defending champions, Anhad Kaur and Divya Dhiman of BCM Arya Model Senior Secondary School, Ludhiana, who secured National Rank 2. The Ludhiana team, which was also the first runner-up in the practice round, is showing fierce determination to reclaim their title.
Adding to the excitement, Anjali Nanduri and Aradhya Ranjith from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Public School, Hyderabad, have entered the leaderboard at National Rank 3, making the competition a compelling battle of minds.
